Meet Dr. Marlon Ware

Marlon has dedicated his life to serving our nation with distinction, both in military and civilian roles. His remarkable career in the United States Marine Corps saw him lead and serve in critical combat deployments, including Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm in 1991 and Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2004-2005. His outstanding service earned him numerous awards and military honors, recognizing his unwavering commitment to our country.

Throughout his career, Marlon also played a key role in operations for the Department of Defense, successfully managing over $15 million in government contracts and leading more than 200 military personnel across various operational units. As a Logistics and Mobility Officer, he excelled in handling complex logistics, education management, and training initiatives.

After an impressive military career spanning from September 1989 to May 2016, Marlon retired with an honorable discharge. Today, with over 20 years of experience in management, government operations, and international relations, he continues to make an impact.

Marlon is dedicated to serving his community by enhancing education, veterans affairs, financial stability, and environmental policies. He aims to simplify public policies and champion legislative changes that directly benefit his constituents, driven by a core belief in continuous service to others.
